Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — copying continues until then, and the period you already paid for is delivered in full.

The blocked-trader exception

If the platform blocks a trader mid-period — for an integrity violation or conduct breach — every follower receives a pro-rata refund for the undelivered remainder of the period. This is automatic; you do not need to file anything. It is the only path to a mid-period refund.

Pausing vs cancelling

Pausing stops trades from copying but keeps the subscription alive — billing continues and you can resume without re-subscribing. Cancelling ends the subscription at period end and stops future billing. If you are unsure about a signal but want to keep the slot, pause. If you are done, cancel.

In both cases, open copied positions are yours to manage. Neither pausing nor cancelling closes positions for you.
