This Privacy Policy explains how ConnectX System Ltd, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), as data controller, processes personal data in connection with the connectxsignals platform (the “Service”). We process personal data in accordance with the Saint Lucia Data Protection Act 2011 and, where applicable, comparable data-protection laws. For privacy matters contact privacy@connectxsignals.com.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data — name, email, country, and optional contact details provided at registration.
- Identity and verification data — information and documents collected for KYC/AML where you request payouts (for example identity documents and verification results).
- Financial and transaction data — subscriptions, escrow and payout records, wallet balances, and stablecoin payment references processed via FintraPay. We do not store private keys or full payment-instrument secrets.
- Trading and connection data — brokerage connection details and access tokens for Connected Accounts, signals, copier configuration, and trade activity generated through the Service.
- Technical data — IP address, device, browser, log, and usage data.
- Communications — support tickets, emails, and notification preferences.
2. How and Why We Use Data (Lawful Bases)
- To perform our contract with you — to operate the Service, connect accounts, replicate trades, process subscriptions, escrow, and payouts.
- To comply with legal obligations — including KYC/AML, sanctions screening, record-keeping, and reporting.
- For our legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate service updates.
- With your consent — for optional communications such as marketing, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing and Subprocessors
We share personal data only as needed to operate the Service, including with: cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers; our email-delivery provider (Brevo); our payment provider (FintraPay); identity-verification providers; and the brokers/trading platforms you choose to connect. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
4. International Transfers
We are based in Saint Lucia and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Saint Lucia, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with the Data Protection Act 2011, including contractual safeguards with our processors.
5. Retention
We retain account data for the life of your account and thereafter for periods required by law. Records collected for KYC/AML purposes are retained for at least the statutory minimum retention period applicable in Saint Lucia (generally seven (7) years) after the end of the business relationship or the relevant transaction. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.
6. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and credential protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, portability of, or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights contact privacy@connectxsignals.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner of Saint Lucia. Note that some data must be retained to meet legal obligations and cannot be erased on request.

9. Children
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or an in-application notice, and the “last updated” date above will be revised.
